About Me

Experience, clarity, and a focus on what truly matters.

I am interested in people and movement — in thinking, feeling, and action. I work with an open awareness of what truly moves people, combined with clarity about what is essential. I see leadership as something that can be internally aligned and coherent in order to become effective externally.

For more than 15 years, I have worked in organizations — in senior responsibility within People & Organization and as part of leadership teams in corporate environments as well as scale-ups. I know leadership, collaboration, and change from different perspectives and with corresponding responsibility. This experience enables me to understand complex interconnections while remaining open to what emerges in each unique situation.

The combination of leadership experience and a solid systemic coaching education shapes the way I work. Depending on the need, I support clients as a coach, sparring partner, or advisor — often in a thoughtful and tailored combination of these roles. What matters to me is creating spaces where conversations connect, new perspectives emerge, and clarity and lightness become tangible.

Executive Coaching

In executive coaching, I support leaders in developing inner clarity about their role, mindset, and way of leading. It’s about discovering a leadership identity that feels authentic and proves effective in everyday practice.

I work with leaders who want to act consciously and effectively in times of change, complexity, and diverse expectations. Coaching creates space for reflection, honest conversations, and new perspectives — without recipes, without judgment. Leadership can be human and clear at the same time, with a sense of ease that is noticeable.

 

In this way, I support leaders in making confident decisions, leading clear conversations, and carrying responsibility in a way that sustains energy. Internally aligned and clear — externally effective — and in their own authentic style.

Team Development

Strong collaboration emerges when alignment, clarity, and trust are tangible within a team. I support teams in consciously shaping their collaboration and moving forward together.

During phases of change, I help teams realign roles, expectations, and ways of working. We work on communication that invites diverse perspectives, makes challenging topics discussable, and allows for shared understanding — with the goal of developing a common picture and sustainable solutions.

Strategic HR Advisory

I support CEOs, leadership teams, and HR leaders in strategic HR and organizational development — as a sparring partner in evolving organization, culture, and leadership.

My support can be structured as a strategic project or as ongoing sparring in day-to-day business — always at eye level and within the dynamic interplay of people, structure, and business objectives. The focus lies on clarity in roles, decisions, and direction, as well as a reflective perspective on leadership and collaboration.

 

I bring an external perspective that keeps both the organizational context and the people within it in view. The goal is to create orientation and shape development in a way that is effective, sustainable, and human.
